In support to the information dissemination campaign of the agency, the Department of Agriculture-Cordillera (DA-CAR) through the Regional Agriculture and Fisheries Information Section (RAFIS) conducted a Skills Training on Video Production and Drone Operation in Agriculture on October 6-9, 2020 in Baguio City.
The activity aims to capacitate the human resource of the agency and gain knowledge and skills to creatively capture and share agriculture-related information such as testimonies, success stories as well as to promote the existing programs and projects of the agriculture sector.
PTV4 Cordillera led by Station Manager Richard Valdez and the Philippine Rural Development Program (PRDP)-CAR personnel served as the resource persons. Valdez commended the initiative of the RAFIS in strengthening the multimedia platforms not only through the Section but with the harmonious participation of designated Information Officers and identified Technical Staff of the agency.
