Service Description
This service includes the proper registration and issuance of license to all livestock, poultry and its by-products handler and accreditation of livestock transport vehicles and vessels in the Philippines with the end view of maintaining disease free areas and achieving safe, clean and orderly handling of commodities through various stages of marketing or distribution channels.

Who May Avail of the Service?
All handler/client transporting livestock, poultry and its by-product within the Region.

Notarized Application Form for Registration and Accreditation of Transport Carrier

Schedule of Availability of Service:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Prescribe Fees:

The fee to be paid is dependent on the type of test to be performed: 

Registration Fee (Dealer Handler)

P 300.00

Livestock Dealer


Poultry Dealer


Milk Dealer


Hides Dealer


Skin Dealer


Manure and Dung Dealer


Game Fowl Dealer


FEE on CARRIER (one sticker per carrier for land transportation)


Tricycles and Trailers

How to Avail the Service

Proceed to Livestock Division, BPI Compound, Guisad and inquire.

Secure application forms needed for the issuance of request.

Fill-out and accomplish application forms and requirements.Submit duly accomplished application forms together with required attachments and/or documents.

Pay corresponding fee/s to the Special Collecting Officer. (Livestock)

Attend scheduled seminar and orientation.(as per schedule)

Get/Claim approved licenses and surrender issued certificate.
