The event, which took place on March 6-7, 2025, in Subic Bay, Olongapo City, Zambales, gathered key officials and technical staff from the North Luzon regions (Regions 1, 2, 3 and CAR) and local government units to present updates on project implementation and for a celebration of achievements.
The Regional Project Coordination Office (RPCO) CAR was awarded plaques of recognition for its exceptional performance, including the highest cumulative disbursement and liquidation rates for I-REAP subprojects under the 2nd additional financing (AF2). It was also recognized as the most efficient region in I-PLAN accomplishments.
The provincial government of Ifugao received a certificate of recognition for having the highest number of subprojects under the DA-PRDP Scale-Up. Additionally, the province was awarded a Certificate of Commendation for the subproject, Construction of Lagawe Potable Water System, that was recently awarded with No Objection Letter 1 (NOL1) under the PSO threshold.
Ms. Isabel Tejo, RPCO CAR Planning Officer, was recognized as the most efficient I-PLAN staff in the North Luzon cluster, praised for her exceptional planning, implementation, and compliance with component activities throughout 2024.
Engr. Edwin Camhit, RPCO CAR Rural Infrastructure Engineer, was recognized for his significant contributions to achieving the cluster’s highest number of RPAB-approved subprojects, totaling four, under the PRDP Scale-Up. His work also helped generate Php683 million in funding for the cluster’s subprojects.
