As such, the public is invited to forward in writing to the Agency, though the Municipal/Provincial Agricultural Office, or through the CSO Accreditation Regional Technical Secretariat email address pmed@car.da.gov.ph, any derogatory report concerning the CSO within seven (7) days after date of posting.
