𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 || HVCDP Focals of the Department of Agriculture Regional Offices presented and discussed the HVCDP 2025 Physical and Financial Accomplishments on December 9–12, 2025, in Baguio City.
In her message, Undersecretary Cheryl Marie Natividad-Caballero highlighted strategies on high-value crop development, food value chain scaling, and institutional capacity building to de-risk high-value agriculture amid climate-related challenges.
HVCDP Director Joseph Manicad discussed the objectives of the assessment, which included the review of ongoing FY 2025 projects, formulation of catch-up plans, identification of implementation issues, and strategies to hasten project execution.
Meanwhile, HVCDP PMO Jesherun Asher Tarun presented the results of the monitoring and assessment of the Department of Agriculture’s tissue culture centers.
The activity strengthened coordination among regions and reinforced the Department’s commitment to improving program implementation, enhancing institutional capacities, and advancing sustainable and climate-resilient high-value crop development nationwide.//ADLAlalag
