𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || Undersecretaries Alvin John Balagbag, Roger Navarro, Asis Perez, Allan Umali, Nora Oliveros, Cheryl Marie Natividad-Caballero and Jerome Oliveros together with Assistant Secretaries U-Nichols Manalo, Noel Padre, Thelma Tolentino, Daniel Atayde and Philip Young visited the newly completed Integrated Laboratory Division (ILD) Building at the Baguio Animal Breeding and Research Center (BABRC) Compound in Dontogan, Baguio City yesterday, February 12, 2026.
The four-storey ILD building will be serving as a centralized facility to house the four regional laboratories namely: the Regional Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory, the Regional Crop Protection Center, the Regional Soils Laboratory, and the Feed Chemical Analysis Laboratory.
A solidarity night and thanksgiving dinner followed not only to celebrate the completion of the integrated facility but also to further discuss possible improvements of the DA’s programs and services for the Cordillera agricultural communities.//
