With the theme “Teknolohiyang Pang-Agrikultura: Hatid Kaalaman, Hatid Kaunlaran,” the Research Outreach Station (ROS) Apayao successfully conducted its Open House last July 29. The activity gathered LGU personnel, farmers, and students for a day of learning, collaboration, and agricultural innovation.
Participants explored the station’s technology demonstration areas, including earwig production, cassava production, organic agriculture technologies, and seedling nurseries. The forum also featured updates on key programs and services from the Department of Agriculture and partner agencies, highlighting opportunities for farmers and aspiring agripreneurs.
The activity concluded with the distribution of agricultural inputs, including chicks, soybean coffee, coffee seedlings, and sheeps, further supporting local farming communities.
